The Xiaomi 11T series (and not Mi 11T, since the company has decided to remove the ‘Mi’ from its models), has been presented at the company’s global event today, September 15, and arrives to complete the Xiaomi Mi 11 family ( just like what happened when the Mi 10T came out after the Xiaomi Mi 10 ).
It has not come alone, since Xiaomi has also launched the Xiaomi Pad 5 , in addition to a new version of the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G called Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE (but which hardly has any changes) and also a version of the Xiaomi Mi Band 6 that has NFC and Amazon Alexa.
The Xiaomi 11T range is made up of the 11T and the 11T Pro , and in this article we will tell you about the characteristics of both phones, which are positioned between the Xiaomi Mi 11 and the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G .

Perhaps it’s worth starting by saying that both phones look a lot like each other, with the three most notable differences being: processor, charging speed, and price.
This is Xiaomi’s first major global launch since it became the company that has sold the most mobile phones in Europe (during the second quarter of this year).
Let’s get to the point
What are we talking about? From the Xiaomi 11T series, Xiaomi’s year-end range that arrives to complete the Mi 11 series
How much will it cost? The Xiaomi 11T starts at €499 and the 11T Pro at €649
When it will be for sale? The 23th of September
Xiaomi 11T: release date and price
Xiaomi 11T Pro
3.The Xiaomi 11T has two variants. The basic one has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and costs 42,999INR, and if you prefer more capacity you can opt for the superior 256GB version that costs 49,999INR.
As for the Xiaomi 11T Pro, in Spain it is marketed in two variants: the basic one has 8GB of RAM and 128GB and its price is 55,999INR, and the superior one maintains the same RAM but has double the storage, that is, 256GB: its price is 59,999INR.
Note: there is a 12GB + 256GB variant but that will not be for sale in our country at the moment.
The superior versions of both models are sold in all the official sales channels of the brand, while the basic versions are only sold on Amazon and mi.com .
Xiaomi 11T: design and screen
Both the standard 11T and the Pro have a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with FHD + resolution (2400 x 1080) and a refresh rate of 120Hz (which automatically adapts to save battery). Unlike the Xiaomi Mi 11, the 11T has a flat screen instead of a curved one.
Something remarkable is that the screens of both models are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, which is the most resistant.
The screen of the Xiaomi 11T is not as amazing as that of the flagship Mi 11, but in practice the cutouts they have made in the screen are all things you can live with and will hardly affect you.
The hole for the selfie camera is located at the top center of the panel (on the Mi 11 it is at the top left).
In terms of design, it is true that these mobiles are not the most attractive on the market, but it is not what we expect from the T range either: the focus of this series is to maintain many of the fantastic features of the Xiaomi Mi 11, while at the same time keeps a lower price.
The Xiaomi 11T is available in three colors: gray, “moonlight white” and “sky blue”. The back is plastic.
The design in general is quite standard: with a volume controller, a USB Type-C port and a slim camera module, but we have to highlight that the fingerprint reader of the Xiaomi 11T Pro has seemed exceptional to us: really fast and reliable. .
Both mobiles have a 108MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide angle and a 5MP telemacro. This last sensor is the same one found in the Xiaomi Mi 11, and it seemed to us to be the best macro on the market, as it achieves incredible results for close-up photos of small subjects. By the way, the macro lens also allows you to take videos.
The front camera of both models is 16MP, and the selfie photos taken by the 11T Pro, which is the one we have already been able to test, have seemed very good to us.
Xiaomi 11T: performance, specifications and audio
The standard Xiaomi 11T has the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor, which is quite powerful, although the Snapdragon 888 in the Xiaomi 11T Pro is much better, although it sometimes overheats and the performance is affected by it.
Both phones have 8GB RAM and 128GB 256GB storage variants. But in addition, the 11T Pro is also available with 12GB and 256GB.
For audio, both phones have two stereo speakers up and down, to prevent you from accidentally covering them with your fingers. On the 11T Pro they are tuned by Harman Kardon.

Xiaomi 11T: charging speed, battery and software
The charging speed of the Xiaomi 11T Pro is the most amazing feature.
Both phones have a 5000mAh battery, but on the 11T Pro you’ll be able to charge it at a whopping 120W, which is incredible: in 17 minutes you can get a full charge!
The Xiaomi 11T, for its part, can be charged at 67W, which, although less than the Pro, is much faster than most mobile phones on the market. For comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S21 charges at just 25W and the iPhone 12 at 15W.
Both the standard 11T and the 11T Pro come with the Android 11 operating system with Xiaomi’s typical customization layer, MIUI. The company has announced that the phones will receive “three generations” of Android updates, and four years of security patches.
Xiaomi does this with the intention that Xiaomi buyers can use their new Xiaomi 11T for a longer time without giving up the security of their devices and the latest news of the next versions of Android.
